6th International Conference on ICT and Higher Education
ICT and Knowledge
Management 2008, jointly organized by the Association
of International
Association of University Presidents (IAUP), Asia and Pacific
Distance Multimedia Education
Network (APDMEN), and Siam University.
This
annual conference serves as a multi-disciplinary forum for the
discussion and exchange
of
information on the research, development, and applications on
all topics related to Knowledge
Management,
Knowledge-based System, Educational Management, Learning Organization,
Information
Technology and other related topics.
We
invite you to attend the conference at Siam University and submit
the papers. The papers
will be reviewed by the committee and published in the proceedings
book and CD-ROM proceedings
PROCEEDINGS & INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL
Accepted
papers will be published in the Proceedings (Book and CD-ROM
formats). These
proceedings
serve as major sources in the knowledge management/ learning
organizaion/
educational management/ information technology community, reflecting
the current state of the
art in the discipline.The selected papers from the conference/proceedings will also be published
in the International Journal.
In addition, the Proceedings also are internationally available
and distributed via the online

for Submission
In order to join the 6th
International Conference on ICT and Higher Education,
the paticipants must do the steps as follows:
1)
Submit Full Papers
Send your paper to E-mail : phd-it@siam.edu (Before
October 17, 2008)
2) Notification of
Acceptance
Notification
of accepted papers will be announced by (October
28, 2008 on Web Site)
3) Online Registration and Conference Payment
The online registration and
conference payment in full must
be made/
received during Oct. 28- Nov.15, 2008 to validate one's
attendance as a speaker at the conference, and published
papers in the Conference Proceedings. Since Nov. 15, 2008, the late registration
fee will be higher and the papers will not be published in the Conference
Proceedings. Authors are required to personally
attend the conference to present their papers.

4) Refund
Policy
The
registration fees are not refundable under any conditions.
